1) Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of ETora operated by ETora Technologies. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

2) Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use our services.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
Each person may maintain only one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated.

3) Wallets

Users may hold balances in multiple internal wallets, such as Main Wallet, Deposit Wallet, ROI Wallet, Staking Wallet, Level Wallet, etc.

Wallets exist only as digital ledger balances on our platform and are not bank accounts.
Wallet balances are for tracking purposes only. Adjustments may be made to correct errors.

4) Staking

Staking involves locking tokens for a fixed period with potential daily ROI (Return on Investment).
Once staked, funds remain locked until maturity unless otherwise stated.
Daily ROI accrual begins the day after staking is activated.

5) Packages & ROI

Users may purchase packages with specific ROI percentages and durations.

ROI is calculated as: Amount × Daily ROI % ÷ 100.
ROI payments stop once the package expires.
Illustrations are examples only. Actual ROI depends on the package chosen.

6) Referral & Level Income

Referral and multi-level income percentages are defined by the platform.
Eligibility conditions (active package, KYC, etc.) may apply for referral payouts.
Abuse of the referral system (e.g., fake/self-referrals) may lead to reversal of income and account termination.

7) Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to third-party payment networks and their fees.
Processing times and limits may vary.
Payouts may be delayed or denied due to compliance checks.

8) Bonuses & Promotions

Signup bonuses and promotions are discretionary and may be changed or revoked at any time.
Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will not receive bonuses.

9) Risks & Disclaimers

Important All staking, package purchases, and crypto-related activities involve financial risk. You may lose part or all of your funds.

No returns or profits are guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results.
By using the platform, you accept full responsibility for your investment decisions.

10) Prohibited Conduct

No fake accounts, fraud, or exploitation of the system is allowed.
Detected abuse may result in account suspension, income reversal, and legal action.

11) Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such processing.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
